I loved that Rick, the owner, was very active in the entire process and the installers were very concerned with doing the job right, even down to the smallest details. What contractors/installers start work a week earlier than estimated, begin their day at 7:30, and pack their lunches to use their time the most wisely?! No hesitations about recommending Carpets Direct.
