  Do Not go here if you want customer service that results in anything being done right. The staff acts if though you're stupid when you have phone problems. I had a G3 a phone they touted as the best phone going for android users. I have had nothing but issues on my second phone in three months now the replacement phone i got won't get data due to a "known" error with software that there is no fix for as of yet. I have to say that the tech support with sprint care did more for me that the repeated visits to this store could not. They at least got me a different phone unlike the store and their attitiude of take it or leave it. I won't return to the store and will highly recommend to my friends to avoid this store and stay away from the g3 phone.

  Excellent experience here. Switched from Verizon and they made the entire experience hassle free. Saving a lot too! Both guys working were extremely knowledgable. No hesitation to recommend this Sprint store.
